Men2Leaders is all about helping men to live better lives (the fullest of their potential, fulfilled, and happy).
Mission
We create the space for men to meet, deal with the issues, and receive what they need to become authentic men, loving and courageous fathers, and great leaders who will change the world, beginning from the local constituency (their family).
It takes a whole community to build one complete authentic man.

Dr. Anthony Kpakol
Anthony believes we can shape our future and make the world a better place if each of us seeks self-improvements and use our gifts to help others find happiness and fulfillment. This inspiration drives Anthony’s role and work as a Christian, Coach, Entrepreneur, Futurist, Philanthropist, and Mentor. Drawing from an extensive leadership experience across ecclesial, social, academic, and business organizations; Anthony is poised to apply 3Es (Enlightenment, Engagement, and Encouragement) to help others discover and live the fullest of their God-given potential. Hence Anthony founded Men2Leaders, which aims to create platforms to help men rediscover and fulfill their destiny within authentic communities. Anthony Kpakol holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University, USA; an M.Sc. in Safety & Risk Management from Heriot Watts University, UK; and a B. Tech in Marine Engineering from Rivers State University, Nigeria. His penchant for learning and contribution to society has earned him several awards from various organizations and certificates in various fields. He has over 20 years of working experience across Consultancy, Oil & Gas, Maritime, and the Shipping industry. Anthony has founded and served on the board of organizations in various sectors including Hospitality, Energy, Consultancy as well as Non-Profit organizations. Anthony loves traveling and has visited over 30 countries. His mission and philosophy anchors on the values of Integrity for God’s sake, Respect for people, and Innovation at work. Anthony is married to Mrs. Meebari and the union is blessed with a daughter and son.

We are consistently growing our reach and have secured the participation of over 150 men across Nigeria, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom during monthly forums (village square) and quarterly decentralized physical discussion groups. This has gathered several commendations and testimonies of impact.
